Return and Refund Policy

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you have received items that appear to be damaged or incorrect, please send an e-mail to sam@albertawheels.com and include images of what you have received along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Any damaged products reported after 24 hours of the delivery date may not guarantee a replacement, and any claim received more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.

Please Note: Once mounted and/or used, damaged/incorrect items are considered accepted as received and can no longer be exchanged or returned.

Returning New Products

Alberta Wheels Ltd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy is simple: you may return any brand-new product, with original packaging and protection, within 30 days of your purchase.

All returned orders will be subject to a return shipping charge of $40 + tax per item, unless otherwise stated.
